The agreement

Using VyrlMarket means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it. If you keep using it after they change, you accept the new ones — every change moves the date at the bottom of this page.

What VyrlMarket is

A prediction game about public social content. Every market is a question about a real, public post — whether it reaches a stated number by a stated moment — and you back Yes or No with VYRL, the play currency. How each market resolves, from which data source and on what schedule, is published and fixed before anyone can bet.

VYRL is play money

VYRL has no monetary value. It cannot be bought, cannot be sold, cannot be moved between accounts, and cannot be turned into money or anything of value — there is no purchase anywhere in the product and no way to take value out of it. Winning is a scoreboard, not an income. Because nothing of value is ever at stake, nothing here is gambling, and nothing here is financial advice.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, sign up with true details, and hold one account. The account of anyone under 18 is deleted when we find it.

Your account

Your account is yours alone: keep your password to yourself, and what happens under it is on you. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — and because VYRL is worth nothing, a closed account loses nothing real.

Fair play

The game only works if the numbers are honest and the players are separate people. These things get an account suspended or closed:

• · Running more than one account, or farming the free VYRL grants.
• · Betting through automation — bots, scripts, or anything that is not you.
• · Inflating a post’s numbers to move a market — buying views, likes or comments, or coordinating others to do it.
• · Working around the product’s limits — including the rule that you cannot bet on a market you proposed, or add to the single opening bet on one you opened.
• · Exploiting a defect instead of reporting it.

To keep the game fair we can pause betting on a market, freeze it, cancel it, correct a result the data source later restates, and suspend the accounts involved. The refund rules for a cancelled market are published on every market page.

How markets behave

Every market ends at its stated cutoff, on the number its named data source reports — never on our opinion. Betting can pause in the final minutes before a cutoff, or earlier when the answer is already beyond doubt. A market can be cancelled — because the post disappeared, the terms were wrong, or a creator asked us to stop — and every position is then refunded in VYRL under the rules stated on the market page. When a platform restates a number after a market has ended, we may correct the result, and balances move to match.

Content and ownership

Posts belong to their creators and their platforms. We store a link, a thumbnail, the author handle and the counts platforms report — never the media itself. If you paste a link, you promise it points at a public post. Creators can ask us to stop running markets on their work at any time, and we honour it.

The product can change

VyrlMarket is young. Features can change, pause or go away, markets open at our discretion, and we may stop the whole product. If something ends while markets are open, those markets are cancelled under the same published refund rules. Because VYRL is worth nothing, no change here can cost you anything real.

Liability

VyrlMarket is provided as it is, with no promise that it is always up, always right or always fast. The numbers that decide markets are reported by the platforms; we read them, we do not make them. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the product — and because no money is at stake here, there is nothing of real value to lose.

General

You can stop using VyrlMarket at any time. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the published data policy, are the whole of the agreement between us. Questions — get in touch through the product.
